Foraging Wild Garlic

Wild garlic is carpeting our woodland floor and it will be with us from now to the beginning of May.

You can usually smell it before you see it!

The delicious wild garlicky leaves are easy to ID and can be used for a variety of dishes, but our favourite is wild garlic risotto...pic and recipe to follow. Yummy Yummy!!!!
